Who are we? Heritage Gateway is a five-year web project, currently in its pilot phase, being run by English Heritage in collaboration with the Association of Local Government Archaeological Offices and the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. The website is being designed with the flexibility to provide integrated access to local and national heritage information resources as part of the programme of reforms proposed by the Government in ‘Heritage Protection for the 21st Century’.
