IHBC, CARE, RICS, RIAS ICON & more, at GCHT’s ‘Your Career in Conservation… Accreditation’ conference & workshops, Glasgow, 26/03

Glasgow City Heritage Trust (GCHT) is holding a one-day conference on conservation accreditation within the heritage and built environment sectors, at the  Glasgow School of Art on 26 March 2020, with early bird booking prices from £85.

GCHT writes:

You will be able to learn from leading conservation accreditation bodies about the value of accreditation for conserving our historic environment, how the application process works and how being conservation accredited can open new career paths.

There will also be workshops to get specific guidance on applications. Workshops will be led by:

  • Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS)
  • Institute of Conservation (Icon)
  • The Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC)
  • Conservation Accreditation Register for Engineers (CARE)
