The IHBC Director’s pick from the HESPR News and Tender Alert email for this week features a call from English Heritage for a multidisciplinary consultant team ‘with a proven track record in land use designations, urban regeneration and projects involving listed historic buildings, to undertake a feasibility study examining potential uses and operating models’ for JW Evans Silver factory, Birmingham. It is intended that ‘this consultative team will produce a report detailing commercially viable options for this property that will be complimentary to the wider heritage aims and objectives identified for the JW Evans site’, closing 31 May.
