JLL: Heritage and Townscape Consultant

From our inception in 2016, JLL Heritage & Townscape has grown rapidly and we’re now looking to expand our team to deliver our next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and highly driven team who are engaged on a wide variety of projects across the country.

JLL are looking to appoint Heritage and Townscape Consultants to assist with its expanding portfolio of work, including; Heritage and Townscape Visual Impact Assessments, Appeal Representation, advocacy at point of sale and acquisition, Local Plan Representation, and Designation Reviews.

Ideally, you will have 2-5 years’ experience and hold either affiliate or full membership of the IHBC and/or the RTPI. The position is based in our London office, with the flexibility to work from home as well as our network of UK offices, working on projects across the UK for both private and public sector clients.

You will be part of a team that is respected within the development world, offering honest advice that is solution driven. We have established trusted relationships with clients that has allowed our consultancy to be open, honest and, as a result, highly valuable.
