Contract:  Four-year framework agreement with first call-off contract September 2020 – March 2022 (project development phase) with possible extension to project delivery phase.

Fee budget (first call-off contract): up to £18,000 (project development phase), up to £36,000 (project delivery phase) + VAT if applicable.

A Framework Agreement is being established to include a maximum of four Consultants to provide Project Organiser Services to any of the following organisations (referred to as ‘the three trusts’):

  • The City of Wolverhampton Regenerating Buildings Preservation Trust
  • The Worcestershire Building Preservation Trust
  • West Midlands Historic Buildings Trust

The successful Consultants will have extensive experience in organising heritage funded projects.

The first Call-off Contract will be awarded to one of the Consultants by The Worcestershire Building Preservation Trust for the ‘Willow Court Farmhouse – Safe as Houses’ project in Droitwich which has received a Development Phase grant by National Lottery Heritage Fund. The project represents an exciting collaboration between a Building Preservation Trust, local authority and Registered Provider to rescue a heritage building at risk for sustainable use as affordable housing and as a focus for a range of community activities and learning opportunities.
