The growth of our practice means that we are seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and versatile historic buildings specialist to join us. The consultant will predominantly work in Hertfordshire, but with scope to work across Essex, London and the South East. We offer you the opportunity to develop your career as part of a performance-driven multi-disciplinary team of dedicated professionals, in an area with a rich and varied heritage of historic buildings and places. With a focus on delivering sustainable development, you will help us to provide professional and high-quality historic environment services, including the provision of conservation advice to our local authority clients, and a wide range of built heritage project work.
The role will involve flexible working and potentially homebased working.
- A self-motivated individual;
- Minimum three years post graduate experience as a conservation officer or built heritage consultant;
- Post graduate qualification in building conservation or similar;
- Full driving licence; and
- Has or working towards full IHBC membership.
