Heritage Collective is recruiting for a suitably qualified Heritage Consultant to join an expanding team at Associate Director level.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of working in a demanding commercial environment, and must have an expert and reliable knowledge of the planning and appeals system.
Proven ability to assess the significance of (and effect of change on) Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas and World Heritage Sites is essential.
Knowledge of Registered Parks and Gardens, and issues surrounding historic landscapes and townscapes is an expectation, as is a sound knowledge of architectural history.
Experience of EIA assessment, and of having given evidence at public inquiries, will give candidates a significant advantage.
A mix of private and public sector employment is desirable.
Heritage Collective is a 100% home working company (save for the obvious requirement to attend meetings and site visits etc) centred on London and the South East, but working nationally.
If you are interested in becoming part of a heritage-oriented company that works in close collaboration with its sister companies Archaeology Collective and Landscape Collective, please send your CV to our Personnel Officer Sophie Meakin by email to email@example.com
Closing date is 7 July 2019
