Wolverhampton is a Millennium City with a 1000 years of history, 31 Conservation Areas and 500 listed buildings.

The city is located on the north western fringe of the West Midlands conurbation, with the beautiful countryside of Shropshire and Staffordshire on the doorstep and excellent transport links to Birmingham, London, Manchester and Liverpool.

We are looking for an experienced, approachable and pragmatic Conservation Officer, preferably with Urban Design skills, to work with Planners and developers to regenerate the city in a way which respects its historic environment.
