We are looking for a confident and motivated person to join our heritage team. Applicants are required to have a level 3 or above qualification in Historic Conservation or a related discipline, experience of providing heritage comments on planning applications, and a full UK driving license for undertaking site visits.
You will support our planners with the provision of heritage and conservation advice on planning and Listed Building applications. The role also covers a variety of different tasks such as dealing with pre-application enquiries, contributing to conservation area reviews, and inputting to Buildings at Risk projects.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, demonstrate good time management skills, and have attention to detail.
