We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated construction professional with a background in building conservation to join our small but busy Properties Management Division to deliver a range of projects.
You will be able to manage complex projects of varying scales bringing together relevant stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the right product on time, on budget and to the highest standards. You’ll need a thorough understanding of project management lifecycles, processes and practices together with good experience of project management tools and techniques.
You will need to have demonstrable experience of working within the heritage sector and you may have a formal project management qualification, or you may have equivalent experience. Candidates will have professional accreditation in building conservation and/or have full membership or be eligible for membership of IHBC, a degree or post-graduate qualification in Building Conservation is also desirable.

A driving licence and use of own vehicle is required for this post.
