SLAKEDLIM E PUTTY The vital ingredient for the conservation and repair of historic building~. Bleaklow lime putty is 96% pure calcium oxide ground to a fine powder and slaked fresh before maturing a minimum of 30 days. This makes it ideal for preparing all mortars, plasters and washes without requiring further treatment. SLAKEDLIME MORTARS Coarse, medium and fine stuff pre mixed non-hydraulic mortars for use where direct matching of the original is not critical. Bleaklow lime putty based mixes are prepared using carefully graded and batched aggregates and are available in 40kg sacks or Big Bags. These mixes are rich enough to allow for the addition of pozzolanic materials if required or hydraulic· lime for a more rapid set (we stock a hydraulic lime for this purpose).
