Success looks to be just around the corner and the area has started to generate its own interest and confidence but there is one major element missing in Little Germany - interesting street activities and pedestrian movement. The area does not have a major visitor attraction which puts people on the streets and this is limiting the development of small service facilities. In time they will come but a major visitor attraction would complete the regeneration package for Little Germany. There will be an opportunity to visit projects and hear more about Little Germany at the ACO conference in April. 8
