HESPR’s top pick of the week: Dumfries Historic Buildings Trust seeks options appraisal for B listed building, closing 11 August, valued £12,000

The IHBC’s heritage business listing, HESPR – the Historic Environment Service Providers Recognition scheme – offers members weekly Bulletins that bring tender and other business opportunities together into one handy resource, while the Director’s top pick for NewsBlog readers this week features a call from Dumfries Historic Buildings Trust for an options appraisal for new use of a B Listed industrial building in Dumfries, valued at £12,000, and closing 11 August.

The IHBC Director’s pick from the HESPR Weekly Bulletin is a call from West Dorset DC (District Council), on behalf of itself and Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, for anoptions appraisal to determine a viable new use for the benefit of the Dumfries community of a Victorian Industrial landmark B listed building, Rosefield Mills, in Dumfries town centre.’

The work is valued at £12,000, and closes 11 August.
