The IHBC is trialling a feedback rating system on the tender advertisements it circulates weekly to IHBC’s HESPR members – commercial practices subscribing to the IHBC’s quality assurance for service providers – to make sure that this innovative service is the best it can be.
IHBC Director Seán O’Reilly said: ‘Our HESPR members are absolutely critical to the IHBC’s support for effective and sustainable conservation outcomes. We want to make sure that we offer the same outstanding level of services to members in commercial practice that we offer as part of our public sector legacy.’
‘By offering a feedback system on the tenders notice we gather as part of our service to HESPR members, we are offering the opportunity for them to be rated on a scale of 1 to 10. Taking a moment to let us know how useful a notice is, can help us make sure that our services are as spot on as they can be with the resources available to us.’
