Montagu Evans: Heritage and Townscape Advisers

Highly competitive remuneration package
Location: 5 Bolton St, London, W1J 8BA

Montagu Evans has been providing expert advice in the property sector for nearly 100 years. We are proud of that heritage – just as we are proud of our reputation as a highly professional firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants.

Our Heritage and Townscape team combines scholarly research with astute analysis to provide authoritative advice to major property developers, institutions and landowners.

About the role
We are looking for intelligent and highly-motivated professionals to join our growing team. With a postgraduate degree in urban design, planning or conservation, you will have strong research skills and the personal qualities required to succeed in a commercial environment.

While we are particularly interested to hear from individuals who can demonstrate experience in townscape analysis, visual impact assessment and EIA, we would also welcome applications from candidates whose primary academic training relates to the historic environment.

You may bring relevant experience from the public or private sector, and will either hold, or be working towards, full membership of the RTPI or IHBC.

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package and excellent career prospects.
